The mother of late rapper Tupac shakur has spoken of her ‘thrill’ at seeing her son perform ‘live’ at Coachella this year - 16 years after his death.
Afeni Shakur did not attend the US festival event but instead watched Tupac perform alongside Snoop Dogg and Dr Dre via a live stream of the performance. It has also been revealed that Dr Dre sought approval from Tupac’s mother before commissioning the hologram of her son. Late rapper Nate Dogg was also due to appear on stage, but was withdrawn at the last minute.
